Wings are clipped, he comes with cage and some toys. He is very quiet for a bird and loves to play with his mirrors. He chirps and sings pretty songs, sometimes dances. we cannot keep him because our house is too cold. Overall he likes to stay in his cage most of the time, he gets a little nervous when you try to pick him up but with training im sure he will be fine.
